My website is created in WordPress, and I’m very satisfied with it. There are nowadays many ways to promote yourself online, but it first starts with an idea. Then you can claim a name, and you register it. Do not forget at the same time to establish all your social media accounts. The romantic Greek town Nafplion

Nafplion (or Nafplio) is a real authentic Greek city and one of the most beautiful in the Peloponnese. The town has a spectacular location on a quiet bay. Above Nafplio stands the medieval fortress Palamidi and the small island off the port houses a fort called Bourtzi, which once protected the harbor.

Narrow streets, elegant Venetian houses, a large choice of restaurants and cafés plus the beach round the corner: Nafplio is a beautiful city with a relaxed atmosphere that resembles a bit to the Plaka district of Athens.

The adventurous peninsula Peloponnese

The Peloponnese, the largest peninsula of Greece, is located south of the Greek mainland. Throughout the peninsula, you can find traces of an immensely rich history. Special cities such as Olympia and Mycenae, ancient temples, amphitheaters and idyllic small villages give a special touch to the mountainous landscape.

But also if you like sun, sea, and sand you’ll love it here because there are dozens of beautiful seaside resorts and long golden beaches on the west coast of the island. The charming town of Nafplion is one of them. It is just a 2 hours drive from Athens and a perfect place to explore the many historical sites and the rugged interior.

International TUI bloggers trip

In 2016 I was invited by TUI to make several nice trips. One of them was a trip to Greece with all European “TUI (insta)grammers”. Together with nine other social media travel bloggers from six different countries we started the very first international TUI bloggers trip.

The nicest hotspots of Athens

The ancient metropolis Athens is best known for the remains of the antiquity. The Acropolis, Ancient Agora, and impressive temples of Hephaestus and Zeus are the biggest attractions of the Greek capital.

Athens has surprised me because it offers so much more. The colorful labyrinth of alleys beneath the Acropolis is a perfect starting point to explore by foot the authentic and trendy neighborhoods. Proceed at the end of the day to the Lycavittos Hill where at sunset you can admire the splendid views of the Acropolis and the city.

Cooperation SUITSUIT brand

Do you know the trendy suitcase brand SUITSUIT? Every time I walked at the airport I always saw those beautiful and hip trolleys with the name “SUIT SUIT” on them. I really enjoyed the fact that they asked me to work with them and to test out their suitcases.

The infinite beauty of the island Symi

Symi is one of the smaller islands in the Greek Dodecanese group. It lies north of Rhodos at only 9km from the Turkish coast. The island Symi is a popular destination for day trippers as it is only an hour ferry ride from the port of Mandraki in Rhodos.

While approaching the port of Symi, you’ll be greeted by the breathtaking sight of pastel painted houses constructed on the slopes of the surrounding hills. Beautiful villages and beaches are found in a walking distance from the port, offering a nice opportunity for hiking. Make a cultural trip to the southwest coast or relax in one of the secluded coves of the island, before you savor an evening meal in one of the many welcoming tavernas.

Rhodes, the sunniest island of Greece

Rhodes is the largest of the Dodecanese islands, which are located in the eastern part of the Aegean Sea, off the coast of Turkey. The island of Rhodes – also known as the island of the Knights – has a rich history and numerous heritage sites.

Stroll through the beautiful old town of Rhodes, admire the charming village of Lindos and its Acropolis. Relax on the beautiful beaches on the east coast and enjoy a delicious dinner in a taverna at the Mandraki harbor with views on the medieval windmills. Rhodes offers numerous sights and has everything to capture your heart.

Greece, a beautiful mix of nature and history

Endless coastlines in aquamarine, countless white beaches, sun-bleached ruins, picturesque villages and cozy restaurants that serve delicious Greek dishes. The Greek islands are a popular holiday destination for many tourists.

Greece has an endless number of islands; the exact number is unknown; by estimate there are about 6,000. Each island has its own identity but the chalk-white houses with blue roofs, doors and windows you see everywhere in Greece. Whether you come to walk in the unspoiled nature, to rest on the beautiful beaches, or you want to soak up the culture from ancient times. Greece offers it all.

Fairy tales come true, this is my personal story about how a dream became reality. Last year during summer time I was traveling through Thailand for the first time. I visited the island of Koh Lanta and walked along the idyllic Kantiang Bay. It is a very beautiful spot that is situated next to a nature reserve.
