Interview in de Telegraph newspaper about our digital nomad existence during our 3 months trip through Asia. Translation:

KASIA HERING AND VINCENT DE VLUGT working in and travelling through Asia

MAINROLE IN OWN MOVIE

Kasia Hering (35) and Vincent de Vlugt (28) send jealous pictures from their current location: the exotic Unawatuna on Sri Lanka. The two left the Netherlands at the beginning of December for an Asia trip of several months.

Along the way Kasia earns money with her blog StylishTravelTips.com and Vincent works from his internet agency GoFunky for clients in the Netherlands. His site TravelandVisit.com is a new initiative where holidaymakers can book accommodation directly with hoteliers.

In two weeks they will leave for Bali, where they want to stay in one place for a little longer; in Ubud there is a large community of digital nomads. Since they work ‘on the road’, it is important to build in peace and quiet every now and then.

However, they have kept their own house in the Netherlands. “Ideally, we want to stay there for a few months and spend the rest of the year abroad. It inspires us and we can already see that our dreams are unfolding. As if we were playing the leading role in our own film.”
